Satisfactory Interactive Map: Nodes, Drop Pods & World Guide
Find every resource node, pure deposit, crash site, and collectible in Satisfactory 1.0. Look up exact coordinates, check miner overclock speeds, and plan your factory layouts easily.
Resource Nodes & Mining Rates
Filter resource nodes by purity and check mining outputs from Miner Mk.1 to Mk.3 across all 608 resource spots on the map.
Iron Ore
Copper Ore
Limestone
Coal
Crude Oil
Caterium Ore
Raw Quartz
Bauxite
Sulfur
Uranium
SAM Ore
Resource Wells
Miner Mk.1, Mk.2 & Mk.3 Mining Speeds
Select a miner tier and clock speed to see items per minute for Pure, Normal, and Impure nodes. At 250% overclock on a Pure node, Miner Mk.3 hits the maximum 1,200 items/min belt speed.
Crashed Drop Pods & Unlock Requirements
Every crashed Drop Pod on the map grouped by unlock requirements. Check what parts or power you need before heading out.
Free Access Pods
No power or parts needed. Just walk up, press E, and take your hard drive right away.
Power-Only Pods
These pods need electricity to open, requiring between 5 MW and 420 MW of power.
Part-Requirement Pods
These pods require crafted parts to open, like Rotors, Modular Frames, Motors, Computers, or Quartz Crystals.
Starting Biomes Compared
Pros, cons, and early resources for each starting area. Pick the best spot for your playstyle.
Grass Fields
Wide open fields with plenty of wood and leaves for fuel. Gentle creatures and flat ground make this the best choice for your first game.
Rocky Desert
Flat rocky plateaus right next to water and early coal by the crater lakes. Easy layout with quick access to western oil islands.
Northern Forest
The fastest start in the game. Tight canyon packed with 4 Pure Iron, 2 Pure Copper, 2 Pure Coal, and 1 Pure Caterium. Best for vertical factories.
Dune Desert
Huge open desert with endless flat space for giant factories and train loops. Plenty of ore nodes, though water and early wood are scarce.
Alien Collectibles & Hidden Items
Find all 106 Somersloops to double your factory output, 298 Mercer Spheres for cloud storage, and 3 hidden Boom Box tapes.
Somersloops
Place them inside machines to double your production output (2x items for free), or use them in Power Augmentors to boost your electrical grid.
Mercer Spheres
Unlocks the Dimensional Depot in the MAM. Upload items from any outpost directly into your cloud inventory so you never run out of building supplies.
Power Slugs
596 Blue Slugs (1 shard), 389 Yellow Slugs (2 shards), and 257 Purple Slugs (5 shards). Overclock machines up to 250% to maximize production speed.
Secret Boom Box Tapes
Three secret music tapes hidden on the map: Deep Rock Galactic (cave south of Grass Fields), Songs of Conquest (high rock in the Swamp), and Huntdown (Spire Coast cliff).
Conveyor Belt & Pipe Speeds
Check conveyor belt speeds, pipe flow rates, and building costs. Press R on the map to measure distance between points and see the materials needed.
| Logistics Tier | Type | Max Speed / Capacity | Crafting Recipe Cost | Best Use Case |

| Conveyor Belt Mk.1 | Solid Belt | 60 items / min | 1 Iron Plate / segment | Early smelter to constructor runs |
| Conveyor Belt Mk.2 | Solid Belt | 120 items / min | 1 Reinforced Iron Plate | Matches 100% Pure node with Miner Mk1 |
| Conveyor Belt Mk.3 | Solid Belt | 270 items / min | 1 Steel Beam | Mid-game coal generators & steel lines |
| Conveyor Belt Mk.4 | Solid Belt | 480 items / min | 1 Encased Industrial Beam | Handles Miner Mk.2 @ 200% on Pure nodes |
| Conveyor Belt Mk.5 | Solid Belt | 780 items / min | 1 Alclad Aluminum Sheet | High-speed aluminum & late-game electronics |
| Conveyor Belt Mk.6 | Solid Belt | 1,200 items / min | 1 Fused Modular Frame | Top tier belt: Handles 250% Miner Mk.3 on Pure nodes with no slowdown |
| Pipeline Mk.1 | Fluid Pipe | 300 m³ / min | 1 Copper Sheet / segment | Base water and crude oil pumping |
| Pipeline Mk.2 | Fluid Pipe | 600 m³ / min | 2 Copper Sheets + 1 Plastic | High-pressure turbofuel & nuclear cooling |
